鼓勵民間團體辦理中小學教師進修，教育部修正相關認可辦法，新增依教師會法及工會法成立的各級教育人員組織，視為當然認可的教師進修機構，可以不必經過申請認可，直接辦理進修課程，希望增加老師的進修機會。
To encourage non-governmental organization to hold lectures for teachers’ further education, the Ministry of Education revised relevant measures of approval. The Associations organized by people who work for education circle being qualified by Teachers’ Association Law and Teachers’ Union Law can be considered the ones approved without being checked. They can directly handle the lectures which hope to increase teachers’ learning opportunities.
