為推廣閩南語教學，教育部國語會建置完成「臺灣閩南語羅馬字拼音教學網」，即日起開放民眾使用。教學網以羅馬發音學習閩南語的臺羅拼音方式，內容包含「聲母介紹」、「韻母介紹」、「聲調介紹」、「拼音測驗」等七部分，其中「拼音測驗」希望使用者先學會拼音，再學字彙及句子，對完全不會講閩南語的人來說，將有助於學習。
To promote Taiwanese teaching, National Languages Committee establishes a Pinyin Romanization teaching website to Taiwanese which has opened to the public from now on. The teaching website provides services including consonant and vowel introductions, tone introduction and phonetic transcription test which hopes to teach the users how to pronounce a word by following its phonetic symbols first and then learn and vocabularies and sentences. The learning process will be good for people who don’t know how to speak Taiwanese at all.
