1. 102學年度大學學科能力測驗成績複查作業展開，大考中心表示，今年學測共有1820名考生申請成績複查，佔全體考生1.21%，成績複查結果通知書今天(27)寄發，上午11點起，考生可以利用大考中心網站或透過電話語音查詢結果。
The score reexamination of College Entrance Examination starts working. One thousand eight hundred and twenty test takers have applied for the reexamination which takes 1.21 percent of all. The score reports will be sent to the applicants today. Test takers can check the result through the website or telephone service of CEEC.
2. 「提升國民素養實施方案」是十二年國教配套措施之一，教育部特別訂出語文、數學、科學、數位及教養等五大素養；另外，為了解十二年國教實施前後，學生五大素養能力的變化，將於105年和106年針對高中職和五專三年級學生，進行抽測，抽測結果與升學無關，而是作為教學改進的參考依據。
The program of enhancing humanism quality is one of supporting measures of 12-year compulsory education. The Ministry of Education specially makes five big accomplishments on languages, math, science, digital and educational qualities. Furthermore, to realize the change of the qualities, it will process spot check for senior high schools, vocational schools and the 3rd grade students of 5-year junior colleges in 2016 and 2017. The result of the check is unconcerned with any entrance examination but the reference of educational improvement.
3. 第17屆「全國大專院校創思設計與製作競賽」，10月中旬將在國立高雄應用科技大學舉行，今年以「機器人大展雄風」為競賽主題，競賽分為「自動組」及「遙控組」，優勝隊伍將安排到日本觀摩機器人大賽，歡迎各大專院校踴躍組隊報名參加，報名時間到3月29號為止。
The 17th National Creative Design and Production Competition for College Students will take place at National Kaohsiung University of Applied Science during the middle ten days of October. Taking “Robot” as main topic, the competitions will be processed by automation group and remote control group. The winner will get the opportunity of going to Japan to join the Robot Competition. College students are welcome to apply for it in group. The application will be due March 29th.
4. 根據世界糖尿病聯盟統計，臺灣去年有176萬人罹患糖尿病，儘管糖尿病患的失明風險是一般人的25倍，但是糖尿病患的眼底檢查執行率，平均卻只有3成，醫師建議第二型糖尿病患在確診時，就必須同時做視網膜的眼底檢查，才能夠把握治療良機，減少失明的風險。
The statistics of International Diabetes Federation shows that 1.76 million people had suffered from diabetes last year. Although the patients who get diabetes have twenty-five times probability of losing their sign, only thirty percent of them go to eyes checkup. Doctors suggest the disbetics who are infected by the 2nd type of diabetes to check their retina when they have confirmed their disease to prevent from loss of sight.
5. 我國即將與美國展開貿易談判，立委李應元和國內多個養豬協會團體，擔心美方要求政府開放含有瘦肉精的美國豬肉進口，呼籲政府必須要信守牛豬分離的承諾，不要開放含有萊克多巴胺的美國豬肉進口。農委會國際處處長張淑賢強調，政府一定會堅守牛豬分離的政策，不會改變。
Taiwan is going to process trade negotiation with America. Legislator 李應元 and some internal swine associations are worried that America may ask our government to allow the imports of American pork with lean meat powder. They called the government to keep the promise of putting the check on the imports of the American pork with ractopamine. Director of the Department of International Affairs, Council of Agriculture 張淑賢 emphasized that our government will insist on separating the imports of pork and beef.
6.中國大陸北京市教委與相關單位表示，為了規定小學「減負」，將不再辦理期中考。初中方面，每天家庭作業總量將不得超過1.5小時。北京市教委副主任羅潔介紹，北京中小學生課業負擔過重的問題，目前比較顯著，具體表現在「四多三少」，「四多」指學習時間多、家庭作業多、考試排名多、課外補習多；「三少」是睡眠時間少、體育課和體育鍛鍊少、自主支配時間少。
The Committee of Education and relative associations in 北京point out that they will stop handling mid-term to fit in the target of the burden-reducing program. The amount of homework for a high school students should not take more than 1.5 hour. The vice director羅潔 explains that the overloading conditions for the elementary school and high school students in 北京 can be found in their learning time, time spending on schoolwork, placement for examinations and lots of after-school remedial courses. Furthermore, they may spend just a little time on sleeping, physical education and spare time for their own uses.
